Jessica Rotunno is a passionate and empathetic teacher, who believes all students can achieve success. Jessica is from Buck's County, Pennsylvania and stayed in-state to earn her Bachelor's of Science from Pennsylvania State University. She later obtained her Master's of Education from LaSalle University. In 2020, she completed her studies and earned her Reading Specialist Certification from Holy Family University.
Jessica has over 10 years of teaching experience. She currently teaches kindergarten and has taught first, second, third, and fifth grades. Jessica's school houses the Elementary Autistic Support Program for the district. She works daily with the program's support staff to create an inclusive environment within her classroom for her students with autism. Jessica believes that building relationships with her students and developing a positive classroom environment is crucial in order for the effective learning to occur. She spends every day trying to make learning fun and engaging while maintaining rigorous and meaningful lessons.
Outside of the classroom, Jessica enjoys running, skiing, yoga, and trips to the beach. In October 2023, her and her husband welcomed their first daughter, and she loves spending quality with her family.
