Kristy was born and raised in the small town of Merchantville, New Jersey and currently lives in Naples, Florida. She feels passionate working in a career that contributes to the service of others. Her mom was a high school science teacher for many years and the values Kristy learned are instilled in the type of educator she is today. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication/Minor in Education from Salve Regina University and her master’s degree in Education Administration from Louisiana State University.
With over fifteen years in the field of communications and nine years working in education, Kristy’s most recent work has been advising students with effective course planning techniques and time management skills. Kristy’s heartfelt enthusiasm for executive function coaching makes her a great support partner for students of all ages. She has a kind and patient demeanor when working with students and takes a holistic approach knowing that each learner is unique and creates their own path to success.
In her free time, Kristy enjoys reading, cooking and baking for family, fiction writing, and learning to play the piano again as an adult. She has volunteered as a running buddy with Girls on the Run, an organization teaching life skills to young girls empowering them to feel healthy and confident. She has a standing tradition of Sunday night dinner with her parents and spends quality time with her Cockapoo, Maisy Mae.
