With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Education, she began her career as a teacher, gaining valuable insights into the classroom environment. Recognizing the importance of fostering emotional well-being and the need for implementing executive functioning skills, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.
In her impressive 33-year career, Debra has held various roles, including science department head, mentor, and school counselor. Her diverse experience extends beyond the classroom, as she has also coached various sports teams. With a deep understanding of the educational landscape, Debra firmly believes that building strong relationships with students is paramount to their success.
