1. Executive Function Coaching for Students Executive function is a set of mental processing skills that allow us to plan, organise, focus and remember things. Our executive function coaches work daily with students ranging from 3rd grade to 12th grade to assist in mastering organisation and time management skills. Following a parent and student interview, an action plan is provided for the student to follow during daily check-in calls. 2. Executive Function Coaching for
College Students Now more than ever, students are entering college lacking some of the most important tools needed to succeed. For most students, college is the first taste of living and studying independently. Given this, time management and organization skills are more important than ever. The ability to organize, plan, prioritize and manage the varying demands on a college student are the foundations for a successful college career. Within our weekly 1:1 executive function coaching sessions, college students will master critical life skills: organization, planning, prioritization, self advocacy, and time management. All of these skills will promote both academic and emotional well-being in the college setting. |

The demands of adulting are significant and it's easy to end up feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Executive function skills are not just for children. They help us manage our day-to-day commitments at work and at home. These crucial skills help us manage our time, stay organized and plan the life we want. Our weekly 1:1 executive function coaching sessions help adults master these crucial life skills to improve confidence and self-esteem, and empower each individual to gain control of their life. |
